I bought this hoodie several weeks back and since it came in the mail I have worn it almost every day, except to wash it of course! It is sooo pretty! Not too bright nor too red. A perfect blend that gets just enough of the eye without being overpowering, and of course, you're still feminine and casual! I LOVE the weight, and it is seriously the softest hoodie or jacket I have, and I have a LOT! I go through clothing in ranch work so fast, and this is a very well made garment. It's great for layering, under a bigger jacket, etc. I can throw it in a bag and head out into a pasture and it's right there, and I always feel better with it around! I love the saying "All Grit, No Quit," and on the left sleeve (I believe) it says "A Cowgirl's Promise" - the wording in both areas is not too big - just perfect to make a nice statement. :)
I absolutely love this website and these girls! I bought some ranch rope also, and they were kind enough to send me the rope ahead of time, as this hoodie was backordered, yet I needed that rope. :) Thanks ladies, you all are the best.
I'm all for supporting true cowgirls out there anywhere - ya'll are not alone! Even if it's like, 2 a.m. and you are actually baling hay for the next day's feeding for a big herd because the wind blew your bales apart or...somebody stole it (as a guy might say)!
This hoodie I almost forgot to mention, washes great! :) In fact, I did not have my horse with me and needed to rope a calf quickly, and through what was likely blind luck heel roped the little heifer on foot - well, she took me for a RIDE! This pretty hoodie and I were drug about a hundred feet before I got my bearings - through dirt and manure and all manner of pasture things - through the herd even! I rinsed the hoodie out well, then I put it on a cold rinse cycle with 1/2 cup of vinegar, and then I did a full wash. Came out clean!
Thanks again for everything ladies, you all are the best. We're all just tryin' to matter in this world, and I happened upon your site, and I'm so glad I did. :)
